Welcome to Arbor Ales
We have been brewing quality craft ales since early 2007. Originally based at the Old Tavern in Stapleton, Bristol, we moved just up the road to Kingswood in June 2008 and now use a 5.5BBL plant. All our beers are brewed using the finest ingredients: malt supplied by Warminster Maltings, Britain’s oldest working floor maltings, and fresh hops supplied by Charles Faram of Malvern. Our beers are available in several real ale pubs in and around Bristol and Bath, and a few in Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire. One or two are always on tap at the Watershed Café Bar in the centre or Bristol. NEWS - September 2008
Our Oyster Stout recently won second place at the Worcester CAMRA beer festival. It was a last minute addition to the festival so it took us a little by surprise to be honest. We’ve now added it to the regular beer list and will keep brewing it until we run out of months with “r” in them. If you’d like to try it, check out the BADRAG page on the Bristol CAMRA website, which hopefully should have details of where it is currently available.
